In line with the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) of 2003, Section 46 of the Municipal Systems Act, and National Treasury’s MFMA Annual Report Circular 63, the Johannesburg Property Company SOC Ltd (JPC), as a municipal entity, is required to prepare an annual report for each financial year. This report covers both financial and non-financial performance and is guided by best practices from the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and the principles outlined in the King Code of Governance for South Africa.
