Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The City of Joburg Property Company (JPC) is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership, strengthen governance, and support the organisation’s mandate of maximising the social, economic and financial value of the City’s property portfolio.
This executive role requires a results-driven professional with strong financial management expertise, excellent strategic planning capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex municipal environment.
Key Focus Areas (Condensed)
- Lead financial strategy, planning and reporting
- Ensure compliance with MFMA, GRAP and other regulatory frameworks
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management and audit processes
- Support revenue enhancement and long-term financial sustainability
- Oversee budgeting, cashflow management and financial governance
- Provide strategic business support to the CEO, Board and City stakeholders
