The City of Joburg Property Company (SOC) Ltd has cancelled Tender POP01/2026FY/PF for the appointment of a panel of professional consultants to conduct building condition assessments over a three-year period.
The cancellation is due to incorrect or defective specifications, as well as conflicting tender closing dates and briefing session requirements.
