The Joburg Property Company (JPC) recently hosted its annual Long Service Awards at Braampark, recognising employees who have shown outstanding loyalty and commitment over the years. CEO Musah Makhunga commended long-serving staff for their vital role in shaping a resilient organisation dedicated to serving the City of Johannesburg with pride.
In his address, Mr Makhunga outlined a bold new vision for JPC — one built on teamwork, integrity, and unity — with the goal of transforming JPC into a world-class property management company that empowers employees and uplifts communities. He also celebrated milestones such as JPC’s recognition by Topco Media as a Top Gender Empowered Company, and highlighted strategic collaborations through platforms like SAIBPP, SAPOA, and the CEO/City Partnership initiative.
The event also honoured employees like Mr Rampuru Motla, who marked 40 years of service, and Ms Venetia Ngqulana, recognised for five years of dedicated contribution. The CEO concluded by drawing attention to Men’s Health Month (November), encouraging open dialogue on men’s wellbeing.
