The Sales and Leasing department is responsible for the purchasing, alienating (selling) and leasing of Council owned land. The City of Johannesburg Property Company (SOC) Ltd (JPC) is tasked to make the best possible decisions that will benefit the City and its’ citizens pertaining to the City’s land holdings. In order to guide the City of Johannesburg Property Company (SOC) Ltd in making property related decisions, the company needs to undertake a tremendous amount of research. The public can assist with a small segment of this research by participating in such an initiative. In doing so it helps the JPC to generate statistical information and make strategic decisions relating to property release.
